Annie Wong is a children yoga educator who is known for her boundless energy and dynamic personality. Annie’s reaching out her yoga journey throughout the world, she has been teaching in USA, Shanghai, and Malaysia. Annie thinks yoga is ageless! With consistent practice, the influence of yoga can empower anyone in any ages to be stronger and unfold a deeper understanding of themselves. Besides teaching adults, she also teaches yoga to children where she believes can have the most impact because they are the future, kids can learn and focus better, cope more effectively in school.

KHEN is currently certified in Lesmills program For BODYPUMP and BODYBALANCE since 2013
He also has an Advanced Instructor status from training in Malaysia. beside lesmils classes KHEN also one of the Group Exercise/Personal trainer with Fitness First Malaysia before having Variety classes like HITT, CoreBlast and TRX.
In 2017 KHEN received his 200 hour Yoga-Alliance certification From Surya Yoga Malaysia. Trained in Vinyasa and Hatha flow styles, as he is always focusing how movement is linked to breath; A typical class will lead you through a gentle warm up, a vigorous heat building sequence and finally a relaxing cool down to recharge, release and Relax.
My yoga journey on and off from the mat since I was 16. It’s just so happens that I started as a yoga dummy and I have o idea what I was doing back then just like all the yoga newbies out there.
Until life gets busier (the older I get ), I practice yoga more often and I aware I was gaining the benefits day by day (calmer mind, stronger body, and clearer soul) Till 2018, I decided to enrol in 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course with the purpose to bring the benefits to more people.
Yoga is movement of breath, the practice of self-love, mindfulness, live in the moment, connecting the body, mind and soul and trust the process.

In the past 10 years of running my own business, I have been warped by the typical “Eat Sleep Work” routine. All that I could remember, “I was feeling frustratingly fat, depressed, sluggish and tired.” I was totally out of shape and would usually feel left out when comparing to the energy of the younger individuals.
Though closing on to my mid-40s, I never thought it was too late for a change. I managed to lose a good 10kgs in just two months through sheer discipline and commitment and the result was achieved strictly on regular exercises and eating clean.
Yasmin is a Yoga Teacher in Yin and sound healing,hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. She started practising yoga in 2007.
Subsequently she realised the gifts of yoga go beyond physical where yoga brings clarity and cultivates a level of mindfulness, stillness and fearlessness that can be applied in her daily life. she passed more than 800 hrs TTC.
She enjoys both Yang and Yin and sound healing where her practice ranges from Vinyasa to Yin / Restorative with a focus on fundamental alignment in yoga poses while moving with steady breathing.
Yasmin has been teaching yoga for 8 years and she hopes to have students leaving the mat feeling rejuvenated, stronger and more flexible.
Martina’s yoga education dates back from 2007 where her first brush with yoga was at Yoga Zone, Malaysia. Inquisitive minded by nature, she soon began to study other styles of yoga such as Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Yin Yoga.
At present, she is absorbed in Ashtanga Yoga under the tutelage of Yoga Dynamics which emphasizes synching the breath and movement to create a sense of meditation in motion.
Her wealth of knowledge and experience having taught yoga in both the fitness and studio environment, gives her a lot of insight and the ability on how to guide participants of different backgrounds and needs.
Known for her precision and clarity in class, her style of teaching advocates the harmony of flowing movement-based practice coupled with evenness of breath in asana that are held for extended periods to achieve stillness of one’s mind.
