Annie is New York City trained instructor who is known for her boundless energy and dynamic personality. She reaching out her yoga journey throughout the world, Annie has been teaching in USA, Shanghai, and Malaysia. Annie thinks yoga is ageless! With consistent practice, the influence of yoga can empower anyone in any ages to be stronger and unfold a deeper understanding of themselves. Besides teaching adults, she also teaches yoga to children where she believes can have the most impact because they are the future, kids can learn and focus better, cope more effectively in school.

In the past 10 years of running my own business, I have been warped by the typical “Eat Sleep Work” routine. All that I could remember, “I was feeling frustratingly fat, depressed, sluggish and tired.” I was totally out of shape and would usually feel left out when comparing to the energy of the younger individuals.

Though closing on to my mid-40s, I never thought it was too late for a change. I managed to lose a good 10kgs in just two months through sheer discipline and commitment and the result was achieved strictly on regular exercises and eating clean.

Today, Alvin is certified in NASM-CPT, which is the most respected & sought after personal trainer certification in the fitness industry. He is dedicated to helping those who share the same passion for change. Currently Alvin is conducting the Abs on Fire sessions at New York Yoga to help those who wish to lose body fat, strengthen their core and other muscle groups for a stronger and leaner physique.

Yasmin is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.she is a Yoga Teacher in Yin and sound healing, Meditation, hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. She started practising yoga in 2007. Subsequently she realised the gifts of yoga go beyond physical. she passed more than 1000 hrs TTC.

She enjoys both Yang and Yin and sound healing where her practice ranges from power Vinyasa to Yin_Restorative with a focus on alignment in yoga poses while moving with steady breathing.she hopes to have students leaving the mat feeling rejuvenated, stronger and more flexible.

My yoga journey on and off from the mat since I was 16. It’s just so happens that I started as a yoga dummy and I have o idea what I was doing back then just like all the yoga newbies out there.

Until life gets busier (the older I get ), I practice yoga more often and I aware I was gaining the benefits day by day (calmer mind, stronger body, and clearer soul) Till 2018, I decided to enrol in 200 Hours Yoga Teacher Training Course with the purpose to bring the benefits to more people.

Yoga is movement of breath, the practice of self-love, mindfulness, live in the moment, connecting the body, mind and soul and trust the process.

Hello! I am Gloria, a university student with a deep passion in yoga. I first started yoga at a very young age with the aim to fight scoliosis, then realised how yoga has shaped my lifestyle as I grow up.

Right after leaving high school, I went to yoga classes more consistently and decided to take up 200-Hour Teacher Training Course, to inspire people to find their inner peace through the practice of yoga.

Yoga is so much more about just being flexible, it’s about slowing down and being mindful of yourself. It’s about connecting your body with your mind and soul. Yoga is the ultimate practice of LOVE.

I started my yoga journey since 24 years old, but this is an on and off journey. I have been an unhealthy life style few years ago – imbalance work life balance due to lack of efficiency work , eat and sleep only on weekend. I didn’t realize my bad life style until I suffered from flu and fever frequently; moreover, my body started to run out of shape, felt lethargy and starts have minor anxiety at that time.

I know I need a change for that. I step back to my yoga mat 3 years ago regularly and more often from time to time. I am aware how good of yoga practice; I gain the satisfaction and calmer mind from my practice; my body and immune system become stronger after some period of time.

I took my 200-hrs Yoga Teaching Training Course in year 2018 for the purpose to deepen my practice and yoga knowledge. After my TTC, I found I am enjoying to share my yoga experience with my families, friends and colleagues. As such, I decided to step to teaching journey and share my yoga love and passionate to more peoples.

My name is Hailey. I’m born in the year of dragon 2000. I’m mixed but I’m pure Chinese. My mum was from Hong Kong therefore I’m under the category“mix blood”. I’m currently still studying and exploring what my passion is.
