Shoulder Neck Spine 肩颈脊椎
Type: Therapeutic 治疗
The class is designed to ease the pressure of busy working life. These include: improving the stiffness of the shoulder and neck, releasing back pain, improving posture and spine, and also achieving the effect of blood circulation; the meditation process can help reduce stress and promote better sleep at night. This is a
comprehensive exercise and it is recommended to practice one or two times a week.
Shaping Yoga 塑形瑜伽
Type: Shaping 塑形
This is a fitness shaping yoga. In practice, it is combined with Pilates and fitness equipment to effectively enhance physical strength and shape, promote blood circulation, which helpful for reducing fat and weight loss. Fitness shaping captures 3 large pieces:
(1) beautiful buttocks
(2) waist and abdomen shaping
(3) back muscles’ strength to improve upper body posture.
Meow Meow Toddler 幼儿
Age: 12 months ~ 3 years old + 1 Parent
This class promotes awareness of the body through the ideal parent-child bonding done through discovery, exploration, active imagination, playtime, laughter, singsong sessions, dance, movements, and balancing acts. Through the practice of yoga, each participating child can develop confidence and a strong synergy between the body, mind, and spirit.

Sound Meditation 声⾳冥想
Type: Restorative 恢复
Sound Meditation, is a deeply immersive, full-body listening experience, intentionally using sound to
invite gentle yet powerfully therapeutic and restorative effects to the mind and body. Using sound as
therapy can provide results for a variety of issues including: sleep disorders, anxiety, depression,
stress management, PTSD, pain management.
Abs on Fire 核⼼肌全⾝锻炼

Abs on Fire is a form of body conditioning that helps to strengthen the core and major muscle groups for a stronger
and leaner physique/body/you! This exercise include Circuit Training, which is a combination of muscle strength
and cardio-pulmonary exercise, which enhances the general fitness conditioning and is especially effective for
those who want to slim down.

Our Moo Moo Preschooler class optimizes yoga practice for preschoolers. Attended regularly, this class serves as a fantastic outlet for children to build their physical energy and at the same time, enhance their ability to focus and improve their behaviors, including sitting and listening.

Detox Yoga 排毒瑜伽

This program uses yoga poses to support the body in eliminating toxins that build up in our body. The sequences include asanas such as: twisting, forward bends, back bends, and stretches, which can help deeply massage the digestive tract, activate and detox the liver and pancreas, improve your immune system。

The principle of HIIT（high-intensity interval training) is high movement + low intensity or rest combination, which
achieves the magical effect of movement. We use yoga as an intermittent repair, stretching, calming, it will
